Residence policies

Check-in time: 4 pm (and before 10 pm for the Marketplace Lodge apartments). Check-out time: 10 am.

The number of people residing in one apartment cannot exceed the maximum number permitted. There must be at least one adult among the guests.

An access code to the apartment will be given a few days prior to the check-in; keys provide access to the residence facilities including garbage room, parking lot, bicycle storage room.

The apartment is available for check-in after the cleaning is complete. The cost of any cleaning required during the stay is not included into the cost of accommodation. When moving out guests must take out the garbage, load and start the dishwasher.

Smoking is absolutely not permitted anywhere in the building nor in the apartment. Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony using an ashtray that has to be cleaned before the check-out.

Excessive noise is prohibited and may be a reason for eviction.

Sorry, we do not allow pets and can make no exceptions.

Electricity, water, local phone calls and Internet connection via WIFI are all included into the cost of accommodation.

In the event of the occurrence of property damage guests must compensate the costs in one week after the check-out date.

All fines imposed on the guests and/or on the property during the stay have to be paid accordingly.

We are not responsible for any guests' health loss and/or property damage during their stay in our apartments or any other place in Whistler resort.
