Long-term Accommodation

Long-term Accommodation Policy

The accommodation is considered long-term if the rental period is more than one month. The tenancy is for a fixed length of time and may continue on a month-to-month basis or renew to another fixed length of time at the end of the first rental period.

Payments are due monthly on the 1st day of the preceding month. If the payment is not received on time the tenancy is considered terminated and the apartment is made available for others to rent.

The apartment is fully furnished and has all the living necessities. Electricity, water, local phone calls and Wi-Fi Internet connection are all included into the cost of accommodation. One parking spot in the underground parking lot is available free of charge.

Refundable security (damage) deposit of CAD 300-500 is required.

No smoking inside under any circumstances.

No pets allowed under any circumstances.

The tenant must be a responsible adult 21 years of age or older.

The maximum number of overnight occupants (including tenants) is limited by the allowed number of people for the apartment (4, 5 or 6).

Complete details and terms of long-term accommodation are provided in the rental agreement. It is required that the tenant(s) sign(s) the rental agreement.

A year-round lease is available.
