Reservation policies

The price for each day of stay depends on the season and the term of stay regardless of the number of people residing in one apartment.

When booking more than a week prior to the check-in date during high season and more than two weeks prior during low season the minimal length of stay is one week. When the aforementioned point of time has passed apartments may be rent for a shorter term by agreement with the owner; the minimal length of stay is two days.

When booking less than 45 days prior to the check-in date we ask that the full cost of reservation has to be paid. When booking more than 45 days prior the check-in date the 25% deposit is required, and the remaining 75% of cost is due 45 days prior to the check-in date.

If you cancel the reservation 30 and more days prior to the check-in date the full refund is guaranteed. However, if you cancel less than 30 days prior, the refund is possible only if the apartment is rented by another guest; the refund amount will cover only the term of stay of that person.

All refunds exclude 4% as for a compensation of money transfer costs.

Insurance deposit for property damage is collected; sometimes it can be waived by the owner decision. In the event of the occurrence of property damage guests must compensate the costs in one week after the check-out date.

All fines imposed on the guests and/or on the property during the stay have to be paid accordingly.

Electricity, water, local phone calls and Internet connection via WIFI are all included into the cost of accommodation.
