When booking more than a week prior to the check-in date during high season and more than two weeks prior during low season the minimal length of stay is one week. When the aforementioned point of time has passed apartments may be rent for a shorter term by agreement with the owner; the minimal length of stay is two days. Prices depend on the season and the term of stay regardless of the number of people staying in one apartment. |
